Change on the Management Board at ERLUS

Andreas Wilhelm appointed new Board Member for Marketing and Sales

Neufahrn, February 2, 2026 – There is a change on the Management Board of ERLUS AG: Patrick Dietrich, who has served as Board Member responsible for Marketing and Sales since 2023, is leaving the company at his own request. Andreas Wilhelm, who has been with Knauf Gips KG in Iphofen since 2014, has been appointed as the new Board Member at ERLUS.

“We are very pleased that we were able to recruit Andreas Wilhelm for our company and wish him every success and a steady hand in his new role with us,” says Claus Girnghuber, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ERLUS AG. Wilhelm was appointed to the Management Board at the Supervisory Board meeting on December 2, 2025, and will assume responsibility for Marketing and Sales effective February 1, 2026.

Andreas Wilhelm is 41 years old, married, and the father of two children. He lives in Pilsting. After completing his degree in Business Administration, he worked for five years at the Lindner Group in Arnstorf. From 2014 onward, he held various management positions in Sales and Marketing at Knauf Gips KG in Iphofen.

Patrick Dietrich has been a member of the Management Board of ERLUS AG in Neufahrn responsible for Marketing and Sales since 2023. Prior to and alongside his role at ERLUS, he spent nine years as Head of Sales and Marketing driving the development of Girnghuber (GIMA) in Marklkofen. He is leaving ERLUS at his own request and on amicable terms.

As of February 1, 2026, Andreas Wilhelm is the new member of the Management Board of ERLUS AG and responsible for the Marketing and Sales divisions.
