Material guarantee

With the ERLUS material guarantee, you are covered for 30 years from the date of delivery against damage caused by normal weather conditions that could impair the functionality of your roof tiles.

Services:

Replacement roof tiles will be supplied free of charge within Europe.
Within five years of delivery, the affected roof tiles will also be replaced by a specialist company (or a third-party contractor).

Guarantee conditions:

The roof tiles have been handled by a professional contractor using original ERLUS accessories and in comliance wiht the generally accepted code of practice for technology and our technical information and laying requirements.
The damage was not caused by extreme weather events or by external influences.
The roof tiles have not been reused after being laid in the first covering. There are no legal guarantee rights against the seller or any insurance provider.
The damage was reported within the exclusion period of two months after its discovery.

Availability guarantee

Your home grows with your needs. With our availability guarantee, you can purchase additional roof tiles from our standard range for up to 30 years—ideal for roof extensions or for repairing storm damage.

Services:

Additional roof tiles, including ridge and verge tiles, are available for roof extensions or building additions.
The tiles will be supplied at the prevailing market price.
Longer availability contributes to the sustainable conservation of resources.

Guarantee conditions:

No additional deliveries are available for complete roof areas, roof re-covering, or new construction projects.
The roof tiles have not been reused after being laid in the first covering. There are no legal guarantee rights against the seller or any insurance provider.
Surcharges may apply for orders below minimum quantities or for special colours.

Guarantee processing

How it’s done

To make it easy for you to claim your 30-year material guarantee and 30-year availability guarantee, the process for both is the same:

Register your roof tiles in our online portal within two months of delivery.
After successful registration, you will receive a number that is required for guarantee processing.
If a guarantee claim arises or a repurchase is necessary, simply inform us by email, providing your registration number.
Depending on the guarantee case, we will either arrange a free replacement delivery or enable you to repurchase your roof tiles.
The claims arising from these guarantees are only transferable to the purchaser upon the sale of the building project.
